Sometimes, it can be hard to show kindness, compassion and empathy towards others, when you feel like you are the one in need of some help and support. But the number one way to help yourself in times of uncertainty is to help others while the Universe is working out the details.

While it is the “normal”, we tend to look outside of ourselves for solutions. There really aren't any answers out there. Everything that you require is within you.
